Welcome to North London Motorcycle Academy

 

CBT online booking system.
 
If you have never ridden an automatic motorcycle in the past we would strongly recommend you book an ITM to better prepare you to pass the CBT first time.
 
In preparation for your CBT course, you must
  • Be able to balance on two wheels (i.e. ride a bicycle). If you do not have good balance it will be very difficult for you and we would recommend you call us or book online an ITM Course 
  • If You have never ridden a motorised 2 wheeled vehicle before , we would highly recommend  calling us and discuss an Introduction to Motorcycling (ITM) course on 020 8952 9622 or book online .This ITM course will significantly increase your chances of progressing to the, on-road element of the CBT 1st time round.
  • Have a valid UK full or provisional driving license
  • Have a good understanding of the Highway Code.

    • To reduce the spread of infectious bacteria we recommend you SHOULD bring your OWN legal Motorcycle Safety Helmet . 

      If you don't we will lend you one on the day

       

      YOU MUST however bring you own Motorcycle Gloves & be dressed appropriately for riding a motorcycle on public roads as well as the weather conditions.

      If you do not there is a fully stocked motorcycle clothing & accessories shop ( XPF Moto) on site where you can purchase your riding equipment 

 

Once booked, should you need to cancel or change please look at our terms and conditions 

 
In the interests of health & safety, we reserve the right to cancel any course booked, for any pupil that we feel shows any signs of sickness, alcohol or drug abuse . This is to protect all other students, our instructors and other staff members.
 
On the day:
 
- You should wear a sturdy jacket, strong trousers and sensible footwear (e.g boots). You will be exposed to the weather so please consider the weather on the day of your CBT and dress accordingly.

 

- You must be able to read a number plate no less than 57ft away so please bring glasses if you need them.

 

- You must turn up on time. Our CBT training courses can start from as early as 7am. Please pay attention to your allocated start time when booking. You must arrive no later than 15 minutes before your allocated start time to check in. For any person arriving after the agreed time, unfortunately your CBT will be cancelled and your payment will be non-refundable.
 
Should You Not Complete Your CBT

 

 - If you do not manage to complete your CBT course and you need more training, your instructor may offer you an ITM or an extension road ride, if they feel you are unsafe on the road. Any additional training will be at an additional cost.
