Our Try Ride sessions are ideal for anyone not sure if biking is for them - why not give it a go, without committing to a full CBT course?


Sessions are 45 minutes long, including an introduction and a debrief.


A moped/motorcycle is provided, along with a helmet, jacket, and gloves if required. You will need to wear jeans (intact/not fashionably ripped or hole-y!) and sturdy footwear that covers your ankles (walking boots are fine, avoid steel toe caps).


These sessions are also suitable for pre-CBT training - ideal if you would like more time on a bike before your CBT course.
