This is a one day CBT course. If you do not reach the required standard during the day you may need to come back for additional training which will be chargeable.
	CBT plus (two days)
This is the same CBT course spread over two days instead of one. It is ideal for anyone who needs a bit more time to go through the elements of the CBT.
