Thank you for enquiring further about the Getting on a Bigger Bike sessions with Phoenix.

Please choose the date and time of your session by clicking on Number 2 below, then follow the on screen instructions. You must be over 19 years old to take part in this experience. If there are no dates available, or you would like to book a different date, please call 020 8819 4231 and we can arrange that for you.

On the day, you will have the opportunity to ride a bigger bike in our off highway training area in Foots Cray, Sidcup, Kent, which will include some time on the training pad, then use of our internal road network to get a better feel of the bike, without going out on the main roads.  If you bring your licence (both parts) and a current CBT certificate and if time allows, we may be able to go out for a short ride on the road as well, but this is subject to time and availability on the day and is not guaranteed.

You can choose from either Manual or automatic, 400cc, 500cc, and 650cc so no matter what size bike you want to ride, we have it for you to try.

So, what can I ride with a full licence?

You can start the process at any level as long as you reach the minimum age limit, but if you want to move up to the next size bike you need to redo your tests again on the larger machine. The only exception to this is if you have held the A2 licence for at least 2 years and you haven't reach the age of 24 then you can still move up to the A licence.

The session cost £50 and at the end of it we will be able to let you know exactly what training your require to obtain your full licence
