BIRE HIRE

Before booking your bike hire you must:

Be able to present to us on the day either:
1. A Full UK Drivers licence with the paper Counterpart Licence (D740) or
2. A Provisional UK Drivers Licence with the paper Counterpart Licence (D740) with valid Category A (provisional motorcycle entitlement)
  if you intend to ride over a 50cc moped or
3. A full EU licence accompanied by a confirmation of registration of your EU licence in the United Kingdom (D91 form or D58/2) showing provisional motorcycle entitlement (Category A)
4. No other documents, photocopies or evidence of entitlement can be accepted
be able to read a registration plate with or without contact lenses or glasses at a distance of 66 feet (20 metres)
be able to speak and understand English, Portuguese or Spanish to a good conversational level otherwise you must bring a translator with you
be able to ride a bicycle and have ridden one
understand that we have a 72 hours cancellation policy on CBT courses
A sturdy pair of shoes or boots is especially recommended.
