Have you been on the hunt for a company that can help you organise motorcycle CBT training in Coventry or nearby in Kenilworth, Bedworth and Nuneaton? Whilst price is important, the most important factor is the quality of motorcycle training.Book CBT Now has the largest listing of all motorcycle training companies in the UK. Simply enter your postcode and we will show you all of your local training companies that run compulsory basic training.
CBT stands for Compulsory Basic Training, this is something that was introduced in 1990 and it aims to reduce motorcycle accidents. Your CBT training in Haringey will improve rider training and give people of all ages a basic understanding of the controls of a two-wheeled machine and the confidence to use it on the road. Your CBT can normally be completed in a day but may take longer if your instructor feels that you need more training.
The price varies depending on which motorcycle training company you take your CBT test with, but in Coventry will typically be between £100 and £130. Covid-19 has meant that many motorcycle training companies can only train on a 1 to 1 basis or 2 to 1 at most. This has meant many motorcycle training companies have had to increase their normal prices. There are four main things that affect the price
Don't try to simply get the cheapest price, the quality of the training is the most important thing. Quality training will one day save your life.
Easy! Just enter your postcode in the box at the top of this page. This will then show you which CBT training centres are closest to you. If you have a specific date or dates in mind then you can also enter the date. This will then show you only those CBT training centres that have availability on that specific date. If you cannot find the date you need then you can also check the nearby areas of Kenilworth, Bedworth and Nuneaton.
Here at Book CBT Now, we want all of our clients, prospective or otherwise, to understand what CBT training is, what it entails, and why it is so important. Technically speaking, it is not a test - when you complete your CBT training, you will be awarded with a pass certification known as a DL196. You are able to take the CBT course once you have either turned sixteen if you are riding a moped, or seventeen if you are the owner of a motorcycle which is up to 125 cc.
Once you are CBT accredited, you will be able to ride for up to two years; after this, your CBT will have expired, and if you have not by then taken your full motorcycle test, you will be required to re-take. For anyone that is looking to find out more regarding the CBT tests that we source for clients, you can do so on our website.
